Personal training in Kokomo

A shoulder that cannot press overhead in a Kokomo living room has to be on the ticket before the trainer leaves Carmel. The doorway is a bad place to hear it for the first time.

Clients in Kokomo usually pay $90–$180 per session for a trainer who comes to the house. The trainer sets the rate. Ember answers the phone. A local trainer does the work.

Session planner

Training minutes left

An eight-hour day is 480 minutes from the first door to the last. Each session on the book is 60 minutes of training. Driving sits between addresses and is not training.

20training minutes left in the day

6 sessions × 60 minutes = 360 training. 5 gaps × 20 minutes = 100 driving. 480 − 460 = 20.

What is left will not hold another full hour unless a drive gets shorter.
