Ember answers the phone for in-home and mobile personal training. She writes the package, the door, the injury in the client’s words, and the minutes of driving between addresses. She offers the request to one paid company. She does not coach the session.
Lite is $99 a month for 1 seat. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with 100 AI minutes, no credit card. In-home sessions commonly run $90–$180 per session. The local trainer sets that rate.
